The Julia Child moveeee--we followed that foul mouthed "blog" where a low-class clerk supposedly cooked all the recipes in Mastering and we were not impressed with the quest for fame and the charade. Neither was Julia whom Symposia met on several occasions and who was a Yankee through and through--steely, controlled, empirical and cool.
